Refund policy

At Vshudh, we prioritize product purity and quality. Due to the nature of food and natural products, returns are handled with strict safety considerations.

Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

Returns or refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Return Request Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Email us at contact@vshudhhimalayan.com
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging
    • Description of the issue
  • Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
